Milwaukee Introduces New 7-¼" Worm Drive Saws

MILWAUKEE, WI – Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation introduces two new 7-1/4" Worm Drive Saws that provide the power and durability needed to handle the variety of applications that framers, rough carpenters, finish carpenters and general carpenters demand.
Featuring a 15 amp motor and heavy duty worm drive gear, the 6477-20 and 6577-20 models deliver 4,400 RPM for optimum cutting performance. Under heavy load applications these saws provide maximum torque in the toughest jobsite situations. A beveling capacity of 51.5 degrees makes it easier for the user to cut wide angles in any application. The composite shoe does not warp, bend or burr to provide smooth and accurate cutting. The magnesium construction makes the 6477-20 and 6577-20 models more lightweight and durable. The folding rafter hook allows for quick and convenient storage on a rafter, joist or nail. In addition, the cushion grip front and rear handles are designed to increase operator comfort.
Additional features include an oil site glass, which allows the user to instantly gauge the current oil level. The saw comes equipped with on board wrench storage and a 12’ cord. The 6477-20 features a standard plug and the 6577-20 features a twist plug. Both models are backed by Milwaukee’s five-year tool warranty.
