MILWAUKEE, WI – Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation expands its LITHIUM-ION system with the new M12 Cordless LED Work Light. Featuring a 160 Lumen Cree® XRE LED bulb, the new addition to the M12 system is 2X brighter and whiter than conventional incandescent lights.
In addition, M12 LED electronics provide 2X longer run time than incandescent models. This, coupled with a sealed aluminum head (impact and weather resistant), allows Milwaukee® to provide a limited lifetime LED warranty.
Designed for the jobsite and increased productivity, the work light also provides features such as a magnetic back and a 90 degree rotating head. As a result, the user not only has their hands free while working, but can easily point the light beam toward the desired work area.
Delivering big performance in a small package, the M12 Cordless LED Work Light runs on the Milwaukee® M12 LITHIUM-ION battery, and is compatible with the entire M12 platform.
With the introduction of the new LED Work Light and plans to grow the M12 cordless platform in 2009, Milwaukee® continues to expand its leadership position in the sub-compact category. The M12 platform offers innovative solutions in power, speed, and portability.
