I AM A LONG TIME USER OF CORDLESS TOOLS STARTING WITH THE NOW OUTDATED NIC CADMIUM BATTERIES. THE CHANGE TO LITHIUM OXIDE HAS BEEN A VERY WELCOME CHANGE, AND MILWAUKEE HAS DONE A GREAT JOB IN LEADING THE INDUSTRY IN NEW AND INOVATIVE DESIGNS IN THEIR BATTERY LINE. I HAVE BEEN A LOMG TIME HILTI TOOL USER DUE LACK OF TOOLS MADE BY OTHER MANEFACTURERS THAT ARE HEAVY DUTY ENOUGH FOR THE WORK I DO. UPON TRYING MILWAUKEE TOOLS SOME TIME AGO AND USING IT AS A TEST FOR FUTURE PURCHASES, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE 180 DEGREE ROTATING RECIP SAW (CORDED) AND SEVERAL OF THE HAMMER DRILLS. TRYING THE 2650 IMPACT DRIVER AND COMPARING IT TO THE HILTI DRIVER I CAN SAY WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT THE MILWAUKEE COMES IN FIRST. I AM STILL VERY PLEASED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE HILTI 14.4 VOLT TOOL, BUT THE PRICE POINT AND THE SELECTION OF ACCESSORIES THAT MILWAUKEE GIVES OUT IN THE KIT MAKES IT A VERY GOOD BUY AS WELL AS PRESENTING A VERY GOOD WELL BUILT TOOL ABLE TO TAKE JUST ABOUT ANY PUNISHMENT I CAN GIVE IT.. NO OTHER TOOL ON THE MARKET HAS BEEN ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH MY STYLE OF WORK. I HAVE TRIED EVERY ONE ON THE MARKET TODAY.MY CONGRATULATIONS TO MILWAUKEE FOR MAKING A GREAT LINE OF CORDLESS (AND CORDED) TOOLS THAT HAVE FEW EQUALS IN THE INDUSTRY. aS LONG AS THEY KEEP UP THIS QUALITY OF TOOLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I PLAN TO USE THEM FOR A LONG TIME TO COME.

This is my first impact driver, so I have nothing to compare it to, but i don't know how i've gone this long without one. Tons of power, long lasting battery, quick charge and the weight and design could not be any better.

I highly recommend Milwaukee. Was skeptical when my impact driver stopped running and not a year old. But, I filled out the online warranty forms and it even gives a free FedEx shipping label. I received the gun back in about a week, thats Honolulu, Hawaii to Cali and back. They fixed it, put in a new bushing card, no word - no problem. Returned and running smooth again. Did NOT cost me a dime other than gas and time to drop off at FedEx. Thumbs up Milwaukee... : )

First off im never satisfied so this may just sound like whining but anyway I use this for hvac service work and occasional reconstruction. I also bought the rigid x4 impact. That drill doesn't have the power that this one does but it has an easy one handed bit change that is great for when your in attics or lazy haha... Overall I use to be a makita guy everyone at work swears by dewalt but this drill always impresses them.... I will be buying the cordless sawzall and im excited to try the brushless fuel line... Also great customer service!!!

I am a professional mechanic and I use this every day for work. The batteries last longer then I expected and it has more then enough power to get the job done with the 3/8 adapter. I use this instead of my air powered impact and wouldn't trade it for anything. I replaced a Makita 9.6 volt impact with this one and am a Milwaukee man now, I bought another one for at home and gave my old makita to a friend who wanted something similar. Thanks for making such a great product with a warranty that exceeds everyone elses.
