I love the power of the drill. 1 hour charge time is a bit annoying and I would much rather see a charger that charges 2 18V battery packs than an 18 and a 12. For [$] dollars you would think it would come with the belt clip which comes in handy when trying to hang sheet products by yourself.My number 1 complaint, as small as it may be, is there are no bit holders on the drill. My pervious drill held 1 in the chuck and 2 on the body of the drill, so I could just grab my drill and 99% of the time would have the correct bit.

Great, but look closely!

Love the Hammerdrill. Has great power and run time! I don't feel any weight difference from my 2602 Hammerdrill, but definately feel more power and runtime.The only gripe I really have is that the chuck is not the same as pictured in the majority of advertisement, as a matter of fact, it's not even the same as the one pictured on the front of the package. I wrote milwaukee on this, as I thought at first there was some type of manufacturing mix up, and they replied that the pictures are not accurate depictions of the actual product, and the one I had was legit. So I ask why the deception?In the video below, at 1:36 is the only place I have seen the correct chuck.

It's good, so far

Been using it a week. So far, it's good. It does not feel lighter than previous generations or competing brands. The chuck will loosen if you are drilling and drop the bit out if you point the drill down. Every drill does this, I just wish they would have fixed this. The charger charges both 18 and 12 volt on the same device, but only one at a time. I use both heavily at work and the one charger isn't going to cut it. On the plus side, it has a ton of go and will push you off a ladder if you aren't careful. Feels balanced very well and seems durable. I like it a lot and it does it's job, it isn't soooo much better though. If you need a good drill and have the money, go for it
