Equipped with an M12™ 4.0 XC battery, the new M12™ Underhood Light can achieve up to 8 hours of run-time – a true productivity enhancement for automotive users who, until now, have been tethered to a cord or stuck with long recharge times. The M12™ LED Underhood Light features TRUEVIEW™ Technology, which utilizes the most advanced LED technology and optical designs to deliver a consistent beam, optimized color temperature, and true representation of colors and detail leading to a more productive work area. “A common failure among current underhood lights is the durability of the hooks. These hooks are essential to proper positioning on the hood but, once their metal frames become cut or peeled, they quickly create the potential for scratches in the finish of the car. A stainless steel hook allows users the option to easily hook the light under the car for hands-free use. Constructed with a durable high impact polycarbonate lens and aircraft aluminum frame, the new M12™ LED Underhood Light is built to endure the toughest environments. Additionally, its impact and chemical-resistant lens helps it withstand contact with corrosive chemicals in garages and survive a drop from a lifted vehicle.
