Leadership Development Program
Part of TTi’s strategic plan is ‘Exceptional People’. We believe exceptional people drive exceptional results. TTi and Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp. have launched a comprehensive campus recruiting program to build a talent pool of outstanding, exceptional people for the long-term.
Because innovation propels our growth, we need every team member to grow as well. To help accomplish this goal, TTi has developed the Leadership Development Program in order to promote our new recruits’ efforts to improve their skills and learn new ones through many education and development options.
To further nurture the aspirations of our best and brightest new employees, Milwaukee offers the innovative Leadership Development Program for engineering and sales and marketing recruits.
The Leadership Development program is designed to advance the company’s growth and cultivate future generations of leaders by developing skills and experience to perform well in various positions not only within Milwaukee Electric Tool but also throughout the entire TTi organization.
The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is a two-year program which focuses on building critical technical and business skills, as well as team building and networking activities. It encompasses six areas: Power tool development, accessory development, value engineering, advanced engineering, product support and concept engineering. Another important aspect of the Engineering Leadership Development Program is our mentoring program. Each new hire in the program is paired with a senior staff person within the organization to assist with the individual’s growth and development.
