Our M18 FUEL™ 9 Gallon Wet/Dry Vacuum brings unmatched performance, durability, and versatility to jobsite cleanup. The POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor and optimized components Outperform 4.25 Peak HP Wet/Dry Vacuums, delivering more cleaning power than corded. The Dual-Battery Motor Head requires (2) M18™ REDLITHIUM™ Batteries to operate and cleans up more common jobsite debris like drywall dust, concrete dust, and wood/metal shavings than 4.25 peak HP wet/dry vacuums in the same amount of time. This wet/dry vacuum provides you with the Most Durable Wheels and Hoses with reinforced casters and tread design for up to 8X wheel life and crush and twist-resistant hose for up to 2X hose life. This vac is part of the Most Versatile Wet/Dry Vacuum System with interchangeable motor heads, tanks, and carts for varying performance, holding capacity, and mobility with the easy access foot pedal. MAX POWER MODE delivers up to 34 minutes of continuous cleaning time (up to 1,400 ft²) and up to 49 minutes (up to 1,600 ft²) on MAX RUN-TIME MODE per charge on (2) M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ HD12.0 Battery Packs. Yes, you can. The run-time is dictated by the lowest capacity battery pack. It requires (2) M18™ REDLITHIUM™ batteries to operate.

Are the wet dry vacuum filters washable?
A:
Yes. They can be rinsed and cleaned with water. This should be a secondary method of cleaning after normal dry-cleaning methods such as tapping it out into a trash can. These filters are the Large Wet/Dry High Efficiency Filter (49-90-1978) and the Large Wet/Dry HEPA Filter (49-90-1977).

Does this 9 gallon wet/dry vac have the option for dust bags? Can the vacuum dust bags handle water? Are they reusable?
A:
Yes, this vacuum is compatible with our fleece dust bags 49-90-1989. They should be used with their associated gallon capacity (6, 9, or 12). They are made for dry clean-up applications only, such as sawdust, drywall dust, and concrete dust and not for use during water pick up. These dust bags are also not intended to be reusable. When they get full, the user can dispose of them in the trash.

What is the wet dry vacuum hose length?

The hose is 9FT in length.

What is the hose diameter?
A:
0910-20, 0920-20, 0920-22HD have 1-7/8” hose diameters and 0930-22HD has a 2-1/2” diameter hose. You can swap these hoses to each vacuum head. These hoses are associated and compatible with the diameters they are designed with (1-7/8” and 2-1/2”).
Q:
What foam filter do I use when picking up water?
A:
Use the 49-90-1990 Large Wet/Dry Vacuum Foam Wet Filter. The Foam Wet Filter provides increased protection for the vacuum, allowing water to access the ball float while preventing debris from getting into the motor.
Q:
Is this vacuum OSHA compliant in regard to the respirable crystalline silica standard?
A:
Yes, it is a compliant solution for the OSHA regulation on crystalline silica dust (29 CFR 1926.1153) through objective data only for select applications and durations.
