Return your equipment directly to Milwaukee Tool for repair by utilizing our eService portal or by contacting 833-953-2012 (7:00am to 4:30pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday). All products with a serial code containing the fourth letter ‘A’ will be repaired free of cost. Saws with the fourth serial code letter ‘B’ are not affected and safe to continue using.
