Milwaukee® Delivers an M18™ System Wide Upgrade
MILWAUKEE, WI – Milwaukee Tool is delivering a system wide upgrade for M18™ by enhancing the M18™ REDLITHIUM™ XC5.0, the most versatile pack within the M18™ System. Milwaukee is dedicated to increasing productivity, and performance for users, delivering a significant upgrade to the M18™ system for all existing and new M18™ users. The NEW M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ XC5™ and M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ XC5™ Resistant Batteries deliver 50% more power versus the REDLITHIUM™ XC5.0. This increase in power provides users the ability to gain faster application speeds and to tackle more demanding applications.

This power upgrade now matches the power output of our REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ XC6.0 Battery, but in a form factor that is 25% smaller and 30% lighter”.
Both new batteries feature an upgraded pack construction, designed to enhance durability and extend pack life. Featuring tables cell technology, upgraded electronics and power routing, and improved thermal management, these batteries deliver increased power, runtime, and durability to keep professionals productive through demanding applications on the jobsite. The M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ XC5™ Resistant Battery also provides added protection for transportation maintenance and manufacturing environments, with resistance to oils, greases, and solvents.
