Milwaukee’s M18™ Brushless Pipe Threading Oiler delivers the easiest, cleanest portable threading experience on the jobsite, redefining efficiency and cleanliness. Featuring a durable steel frame, this solution attaches quickly and securely to any pipe vise greatly reducing set up and tear down time. Optimized for use with the Milwaukee 6” Leveling Tripod Chain Vise, the oiler’s frame attaches to the stand legs at a specific position to keep the catch basin close to the threading point. This combination provides 127 degrees of mess containment, significantly reducing jobsite cleanup and preventing oil stains on customer floors. 

Minimizing spills during use and transport, the self contained basin helps crews stay efficient and organized. Today’s threading oilers are manual hand pumps, requiring users to slow down their threader to ensure oil is getting on the dies. The M18™ Brushless Pipe Threading Oiler optimizes threading performance with an adjustable hose and flow rate that allows users to apply the right amount of oil exactly where it’s needed, increasing threading speed, extending die life, improving thread quality, and reducing oil waste. A 3 stage filter system separates chips from oil, extending clean out intervals and enabling oil recycling for longer oil life.
