Powered by a POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor, this solution generates 7 joules of striking force, matching the output of leading long barrel pneumatic hammers operating at 145 PSI. This enables aggressive material removal and consistent impact energy across demanding applications, while maintaining cordless mobility throughout the shop.

Providing the power required for confident suspension tear downs, the M18 FUEL™ STRIKER™ Hammer Chisel allows technicians to remove ball joints and seized components at the same speed as pneumatic solutions. This capability eliminates downtime caused by hoses, fittings, and pressure loss, while delivering the striking force needed for rusted fasteners, pressed in parts, and heavy component removal. A twist style chuck supports quick and easy bit changes while remaining fully compatible with all .401 inch round shank accessories, allowing users to move seamlessly between applications without slowing down.

Giving users ultimate power control over impact and accuracy, the M18 FUEL™ STRIKER™ Hammer Chisel allows technicians to dial in performance for each task. A variable speed trigger paired with three selectable modes gives users precise control over striking output, including a ramp up mode that gradually increases impact speed from 0 to 3,000 BPM when the trigger is fully engaged. This controlled ramp up helps reduce slips and minimizes the risk of damaging surrounding components during start up. Targeted LED lighting improves visibility in tight work areas, while REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence helps protect the tool and battery during high demand applications.

For further versatility, Milwaukee also introduces a new 5PC Hammer Chisel Bit Set and the M18 FUEL™ STRIKER™ Hammer Chisel Protective Boot. All five bits in the set feature features a universal .401 inch round shank, making them compatible with the STRIKER™ Hammer Chisel as well as pneumatic solutions, while the durable steel bits deliver long life across the most common service and teardown applications. The protective boot helps safeguard the solution and surrounding work surfaces during operation, featuring a lightweight, durable rubber construction engineered to withstand exposure to corrosive materials commonly found in transportation maintenance, fleet service, and industrial environments.
